They have been amazing to work with. I had them build me a PC quite a few years ago. That went really well and close to the price I was able to do on my own. Since then they have helped me with any repairs and issues I've had and have more than held up to their guarantees and warranties. They have gone the extra a few times for me.

I've used these guys a couple of times over the years. Every time they've done a great job. Especially this time. Due to my own stupidity I almost broke my motherboard, and didn't tighten things down properly so my CPU had almost no thermal paste on it. And they saved my PC.
